Manage My Account

The Identity Management Portal allows you to perform various tasks related to network accounts. Many of these actions are intended for specific types of users and you may not have access. If you feel you should be able to retrieve any of these specific tasks, please reach out to the IT Support Desk at 888-415-0012.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Identity Management Portal is only accessible if your account has been activated and you are connected to the Charter network. If you have not previously activated your account or set up your security questions, you will need to activate your account to proceed.

Below are just a few of the options that are available on the Application tab of the Identity Management Portal for a logged-in user:

  • Change Your Password – Change your network password - required every 90 days - updated and synced across the network. Make sure to apply the new password to your mobile devices (email/WiFi) and other computers you use. (This process does not require you to answer your personal security questions.)

    Mac Users:
On your menu bar, click the key icon and select Change Password to accomplish the password change. This option can also be used to sync your network password to your Mac.
