The IT Identity Management portal allows employees and contractors to activate new Charter network accounts, reset or change passwords, validate identities or manage existing network accounts. Please choose from the options below to get started.

Change your password when you are connected to the Charter network.*

Reset a forgotten password.
Change your password if you are not connected to the Charter network (requires answers to personal security questions).

*NOTE: Mac computers use an extension called Kerberos Single-Sign On to ensure the Charter network password is synched between the computer and the domain. On your menu bar, click the key icon and select "Change Password" to accomplish the password change. Learn more >
